Halwa Puri and Desi Breakfast Catering in Houston
Desi breakfast is a weekend event rather than a meal, and it does not survive being cooked early and held. Puri goes leathery within the hour, so we cook to your serving time rather than to ours.
Halwa Puri
The full weekend breakfast: suji halwa, fresh puri, channa and aloo. We fry the puri as close to delivery as we can manage, because reheated puri is not worth serving.
Breakfast for Groups
Jummah gatherings, family mornings and community breakfasts. We scale the same menu from 15 people to well over 100 without changing how it is cooked.

Earlier starts and a lighter spread for morning meetings and training days. Delivered before your start time rather than during it.
Breakfast Delivery and Timing
Breakfast has a harder deadline than any other meal we cook. Tell us the time you want to eat, not the time you want it delivered, and we work backwards from that. For weekend halwa puri we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead because weekend mornings fill up fast.
We deliver breakfast across Rosharon, Manvel, Pearland, Iowa Colony, Fresno, Sienna Plantation, Missouri City and into Houston. Sweet items travel better than fried ones, so if your venue is more than half an hour out we will suggest weighting the order accordingly rather than pretending distance does not matter.
