BBQ Platters and Per-Portion Prices
Kababs are sold by the dozen. Chapli kabab is $30 for 12 chicken or $36 for 12 beef, shami kabab is $20 chicken or $24 beef, and chicken malai kabab is $24 for 12. Balochi tikka is $50 a half tray and $90 a full tray. Sides are priced by the tray: salad or raita $25 half and $50 full. The full catering price list has every dish.
Count two to three pieces per guest if BBQ is the main event, or one to two if it sits alongside biryani and curries. A common order for 50 guests is chapli kabab, malai boti and chicken tikka together, with naan, raita and salad, plus one rice dish to fill the table.
